**Shipping Policy**

All of our products are made-to-order. Depending on the product type, color, or size, your order may be fulfilled in different facilities, which can affect shipping times.

**Processing & Production Time**  
Please note that production begins once your order is placed. Because items are custom-made, production and fulfillment may take up to 2–4 weeks before shipping. In some cases, depending on product availability and fulfillment location, the total delivery time may take **up to 1 month or longer**.  

**Shipping Time**  
Once fulfilled, orders are shipped from the facility closest to your destination whenever possible. Shipping times vary depending on your location and the fulfillment center. Please be aware that shipping carriers may also experience delays beyond our control.

**International Orders & Customs**  
International shipments may be subject to customs inspections, import duties, and taxes once they reach your country. These fees are **not included in the product or shipping price** and are the responsibility of the customer. We cannot control or predict these charges, as they are determined by your local customs office.

**Shipping Address**  
Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate and complete when placing your order. We are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

**Delays** 

While we strive to meet our estimated timeframes, please understand that shipping and delivery times are **only estimates**. Unexpected delays may occur due to production backlogs, international customs processing, or shipping carrier issues.
